Provision of compensation to informants
‘Human Rights Violation’ issues include the following human
rights-related grievances that occur in within the company, subsidiaries, and supply chain.

1. Non-Discrimination in Employment
We prohibit discrimination based on individual characteristics such as race, gender,
age, disability, nationality. We provide equal employment opportunities and ensure fair
evaluations.

2. Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
We guarantee workers' freedom of association and their right to collective bargaining,
and disadvantages due to union activities is prohibited.

3. Prohibition of Child and/or Forced Labour
We prohibit forced labour, human trafficking, and child labour. All workers are
guaranteed the right to work of their own free will.

4. Human rights Violations Due to Non-compliance with Industrial Safety
We provide workers with essential safety equipment and protective gear.

5. Human Rights Violations Within the Supply Chain
We ensure that human rights violations such as forced labour and child labour do not
occur within the supply chain.

6. Human Rights Violations in Local Community
We strive to prevent human rights violations in local communities caused by our business
operations. This includes gathering feedback, assessing the impact on the local
environment, safety, health, and economic activities, and taking measures to minimize
any adverse effects on the rights of local communities.

We comply with legal standards related to environmental protection.

We provide products and services that do not pose a threat to consumers’ health.
Protection of the identity of informants and those who cooperate
To keep an informant’s identity confidential during the compensation payment process, the head of the audit function inside the Legal Affairs Office receives the compensation and delivers it to the informant in a way that ensures confidentiality and he or she wants.

Any executives and employees who become aware of the identity of informants and those who cooperate, whether on duty or by accident, are prohibited from disclosing their identities.

The accused person, his/her department and other relevant departments are strictly prohibited from carrying out any activities that may disclose the identity of informants and those who cooperate, such as making inquiries to the Legal Affairs Office and engaging in investigation activities to find out their identity.

It is prohibited to disclose or imply the identity of informants and those who cooperate without their consent.

Instruction |
Specify the personal information of the informant himself/herself and the accused person as well as the details of the violation according to the 5W1H method with relevant evidence attached.
However, in the case of a matter of urgency (e.g. unethical behavior is underway at the moment of reporting), it can be reported without evidence.
