Semi-finished goods refer to slabs, billets, and blooms that are raw materials for a variety of finished steel products, while long products refer to D-bars and section shape steel. Building on these offerings, POSCO is building a steel supply system worldwide.

Wire Rods

Thick Steel Plates
Thick Steel Plates are relatively thick, hot-rolled steel plates. In general, they are steel materials that are at least 6 mm thick. They are primarily used to produce large structures, such as ships, buildings, bridges, pressure vessels, heavy machinery structures, and line pipes. POSCO INTERNATIONAL is meeting the global demand through the export of POSCO products and cross trade.

Steel Products for the Energy Industry
Steel Products for the Energy Industry refer to steel products used to handle energy resources, such as oil and gas. POSCO INTERNATIONAL supplies high-quality API steel sheets and steel pipes that are to be used in energy development, transport, storage infrastructure projects around the world.

Coated Steel Sheets
Coated Steel Sheets are cold-rolled steel sheets coated with zinc or aluminum. They are highly resistant to corrosion and heat so they are widely used in home appliances, cars, and construction materials depending on the nature of coating and the types of sheets used.

Stainless Steel is a high value-added steel material boasting excellent resistance to corrosion. It is used extensively in numerous industries, such as the automotive, home appliance, and construction sectors. Resource Recycling
POSCO INTERNATIONAL is establishing an "Eco-friendly Resource Recycling System" that recovers steel scraps to be reused as raw materials for producing steel products. We are operating Scrap Recycling & Distribution Center (SRDC), a comprehensive processing center for steel scrap, responsible for refining, processing, and timely supply of steel scraps under the JIT(Just In Time) system.
